Hi @Naw91 Generally not covered by warranty as it is seen as accidental damage
Some people have suggested using toothpaste to try to buff out scratches. I have no idea if you could get this done somewhere or not. The screen is not replaceable. I use screen protectors on my fitbits to prevent getting scratches.
