I can’t see my clock face, my screen is stuck on the short cut screen.

Either a quick left side button press to exit the Quick Tips, or hold in the left side to see the action the quick tip is describing.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Try a restart . Hold in left side button at least 10 seconds, or until get Fitbit logo on screen.

Nothing, just a faint glow on the screen. It doesn’t even flash on the back.
