So I have the Versa 2, to start with it was fine, in fact I loved it! but a week ago the screen stopped responding which meant I couldnt turn any of my morning alarms off.
I wear it on my none dominant wrist, and do not have always on mode enabled. However the clock does not always flash up and even when it does the screen does not respond to touch.
I've restarted it several times without success. I have been a fit bit user for years but this is the most frustrated I have ever been with a purchase.
