Screen wake not working correctly / option to add auto dim option and always on clock face

I have a few issues with the screen

1. Turning the wrist does not always wake it, i usually resort to pressing a button. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity?

2. Touching the screen does not always wake it. I usually have to press a button

3. Notifications do not wake it. As the above dont work i have to press the button - can this be a setting to wake please...

4. The clock face cant stay on all the time, it would be great to add an option to auto dim it and remain on. I know other ffaces are available but they suck, this bring me to my next point

5. Its really hard to find a clock face that is always on without installing it - this should be more visible in the app store (sorry i know not technically related to screen)

I turned the option to manual because I'm so tired of turning my wrist and hoping the screen to wake up (auto).

Even on manual setting, I need to tap several times the screen to turn it on.

My Versa is bought 15th Apr 2019.

What is going on with Fitbit? This is veeeeery annoying. I can not recommend this product to anyone.

Please also go to General settings in the Fitbit app on your phone. Just below Wrist Placement is "Quick View." Make sure Quick View is turned on. If that doesn't work for you, (in addition to your having set Screen Wake to AUTO on your Fitbit itself), I recommend you contact Fitbit customer service before giving up.

Did that a long time ago.

Try changing the setting of Wrist Placement to non dominant. I find that increases the wake up sensitivity level.

Sounds like an idea worth trying to improve the responsiveness. Thanks.

I’ve always had mine on non-dominant. I’ve done all suggested fixes and I’m still experiencing this issue 😞

Mine would annoy me before, as every time I turned a page it lit up. Now it never lights up when I turn my wrist and I usually have to push the left button. Also, I have tried everything, but my Fitbit Versa still won't connect with my Iphone XR, while it worked fine with my 6.

My watch updated this morning but now I can’t adjust my brightness, wake mode  or do not disturb. Non responsive. I wouldn’t care but it’s to dim to see. Please advise.  Dave
