Sensor back cover scratched and cracked

My Versa 2 back is scratched and cracked. The cracks are on the back of the watch where the sensors are. It looks like there is a thin sheet of plastic covering the back except where the charge pins are. I think the scratches are interfering with night time sensing. Can the backs be replaced?

Hi @KeithVersa2  there are no replacement parts for these devices. Have you tried cleaning the back with rubbing alcohol?

Yes, I use rubbing alcohol each night and wear it on the inside of my wrist to get sleep metrics. It fails to collect one or two readings a week. Thanks for the advice on parts.

@KeithVersa2  usually when there is a glitch, a restart seems to work. Have you tried that? Try it a few times and if it still doesn't work, you'll want to get in touch with customer service.
