Setting up Calendar app

I’m getting an error message on my watch telling me that I need to “set up calendars in the Fitbit mobile app to see agendas on my watch.” I have clicked on Settings in the Agendas mobile app and chosen all of my calendars I would like to see. But I am still getting the error message.

@Cameonc Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. In this case, I would like you to confirm you're doing this procedure to properly set Calendar app on your Versa 2:

  1. In the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon

next to Agenda. You may need to swipe up to find the app. You’ll see all calendars linked to the default calendar app on your phone.
  3. Adjust the settings to choose which calendars to show on your watch, the color for events linked to each calendar, and whether you want to see blocks of free time.
  4. Sync your watch to see today’s and tomorrow’s events from your calendars in the Agenda app

Keep in mind that you need to allow the permissions on your Calendar app too.

Keep me posted.

@Ms.blondie83 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I'd like you to confirm that you have the latest Fitbit app version installed on your phone, this will ensure that you receive all the updates and bug fixes.

Also, please reinstall the smartwatch app in Gallery or toggle permissions On/Off in Gallery, so it resets the apps permissions.

Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Step 2 does not work. It has 1 setting only to show free time, nothing to link to Calendars. The only Calendar related setting is inside Notification where I can choose my preferred Calendar program. Please advise.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have the Sense model. I did as you suggested. Today tab  >

 > your profile picture > your device image > Apps. > Agenda Gear icon. It says "Show free time". No calendars. Pls advise.

Hi, I just managed to fix mine on the Sense by going into the NOTIFICATIONS permissions. There is a button saying "Switch on forwarding for notifications - required". This was unchecked and I checked it. The next time I synced I could view my appointments on my fitbit going into agenda... hope it works for you too.
