Setting up Versa Lite

I'm trying to set up my Versa Lite but the screen on the fit bit just keeps telling me to download the App to set up.(in lots of languages) I have the App and Bluetooth is on (have turnred off and on a few times) but still i can't pair the Fitbit and my Phone.

How are you trying to do the pairing? Fitbits are unusual in that they need to be paired via the fitbit app rather than via the bluetooth settings.
