Sharing the steps that solved my syncing issues

After "chatting" for over an hour and already having done everything they told me to do, Fitbit said they would get with someone else and email me a solution.  The email that came basically said to do the same things I've done.  Totally useless.  So, I kept playing with settings, and this is what worked for me on my IOS phone:  I went to settings and my "background app refresh" was turned off.  I turned it on for Fitbit, and my bluetooth has stayed connected ever since! Hope that helps someone.

Hi @crowland2 - thanks, this is a useful tip because this background running for the Fitbit App is required to allow automatic syncing, but there are times when versions of the Fitbit App can still lose connection and will require manual intervention.
