I look at my sleep log for every night, and I have noticed that I am almost always awake/restless for nearly half of the amount of time that I am asleep. For instance, if I go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 8am, my tracker often lists that I was awake/restless for 3.5-4 hours of the night.
Is this accurate? And if so, should I be concerned? I do not typically feel "refreshed" after waking up and am tired throughout the day.

@lcal97 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your sleep detection. What you described about feeling tired during the day may reflect a bad sleeping session. Still the best thing you can do is consult a doctor to get a professional's opinion about your personal health. You can read more about sleep detection and its interpretation here.
Let me know how it goes.
