So many problems with versa 2

First off my versa 2 won't sync to my app after restarting and factory resets. Now the heart rate sensor stopped working and the Bluetooth won't show up/not connecting. I've only have this for about 2 months.

I'm having problems with mine. Heart rate. Freezing. Battery life.

I would contact costumer support, I just got done talking with them and  we couldnt fix the problems via chat. So they are sending me a replacement. So it could be a common problem with the versa2's

I emailed them. I've just done what email told me so going to see how it goes tomorrow. If it's no different then I'll get back in contact.
