Hey @Aburkhart, welcome aboard! Let me see if I understood. So you are walking normally and you saw your Versa jumping for the step 72 to the 74, right? Or like it stop tracking your steps and then tracks several steps in a row when you stop walking? If the first thing is happening, I will ask you restart it by following the instructions in this post. But if the second one is happening, then let me explain to you that, sometimes, when you start walking you may notice that your steps may not update on your tracker right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real-time with each step you take. Rest assured you’ll get full credit for your steps.
Let me know the outcome!
