Hi

My versa 3 has stopped vibrating totally, I’ve tried all the things mentioned in the posts and it’s still not working. No alarms or notifications. What else can I do? Many thanks

Hi @LoisHodg - if you have restarted the watch and it still doesn't vibrate, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may take your through a factory reset.
