My Versa 2 just stopped working. Is there an internal battery to change?

Hi @Chef13 - unfortunately they are not repairable but first check the symptoms that are causing the problem.

Is the watch charged?

 

Sometimes just placing on the charger will restart it - make sure it does not get hot, in case it got water in it and is damaged inside which can cause it to stop.

 

Just pressing a button for 2 seconds may also start it.

It was charged and just stopped. I’m going to try a new charger first.
