Strange screens automatically appearing on Versa 3

The versa keeps defaulting to this screen. It used to show the the date, time, heart rate.  How can I get that screen back. Thanks for any help on this!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 3 screen.

I recommend you to, first, update the firmware version of your Versa 3, you can check the instructions on how to do so in the attached link. I'm positive this will help you.

You can also restart the Versa 3 and then change the clock face.

Hello @tbloodg3 and welcome to the Community.  It looks like your Always On setting is ON.  Swipe to the right on your screen to go to your Quick Settings.  I suspect the bottom left icon (looks like an analog watch) is on.  Tap it to turn it off.  The touch screen is sensitive and it is very, very easy to change these settings without realizing it.

I'm glad you take the time to share this situation with us, this is something that we can easily fix. 

This is only one of the available clock faces for the Versa 3. You just need to change the clock face from the Fitbit app to any other available.
