@greeny2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Fitbit device. You posted on the Versa board but your title is Surge. Which device do you have? Is the issue with the bottom on the screen or the left button (the physical button on the side of the device)? Could you share a picture of what you are seeing/referring?
