When swimming laps, I set my Versa to “swim”, it calculates calories burned. If I swim same amount of laps with my Versa set to “workout” the calories burned are double. Why?

@Dreona Welcome! It's great to see you around. When you use an specific exercise mode it will help your Versa calculate your calories burned. When you use the workout mode your Versa doesn't know what you are doing, it just know that you are doing a physical activity and since it detects a lot of movement (your arms swinging while swimming) it may calculate more calories than normal. You can read more about it here.
