Syncing difficulties with Versa 2

Worked like a charm for 24 hrs. then lost sleep info on first half of last night and was not able to sync. this morning. I disconnected from Bluetooth and then Fitbit. I then re installed both and it worked fine today. Tonight it didn't sync again and I repeated the disconnect/connect. My exercise results on my smart phone have now disappeared in the process. I repeated the disconnect/connect several times and still can't get those exercise results. The rest of the displays on my phone seem to work-heart, steps etc.I just checked my phone and it is updated. I have read some forum replies about not syncing but haven't found a solution yet.

Update: There were several upgrades from Fitbit and  the watch has worked since then. The phone displays are all now working too. 😎

Procedures vary depending on the phones which need to be on the compatible phone list

Also consult the Sync setup and troubleshooting  this may help.

Moto g7 is compatible. I repeatedly did sync set up and troubleshooting.

When I use the desk top computer the results of my exercise are there. Not on the smart phone though.

Lascia stare. Il mio versa2 non sincronizza da un mese. Ho contattato il supporto 10 volte e le risposte sono sempre le stesse. Il mio telefono non sarebbe perfettamente compatibile. Ma se fino a un mese fa lo era. Come è possibile che ora non lo è più?

Perhaps you could tell me the name of the phone which in your experience is compatible with all Fitbit features.

Il mio è un telefono huawei P20. Fino al 15 dicembre 2020 funzionava tutto. Notifiche whatsapp, mail, chiamate, poi piu niente. Ora non sincronizza da 2 giorni
