Syncing with challenge

I've just been involved with a workweek hustle. The challenge never recorded my total steps. I had done around 10.000 steps more than what the hustle said! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my phone on and off and syncing manually in the app. 

 

I have a versa 2.
