Yesterday I chatted with tech support about my versa and it's battery.  The tech guy sent me a link on things to do to check my battery before I request a repair.  He said he was going to send a link to the things to try.  I never got the link..  

Looking what things to do to check my battery.

No idea if this is what was going to get sent, but

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
