Hello @Puipi98 are we asking about the exercise screen on the Versa 2?
Or are we asking about the Fitbit app on the phone? And what phone?

On versa 2, but the issue has been resolved.
I restarted the watch last night and the screen was stuck in Fitbit logo, the online support instructed me to do a factory reset. Now it is working normally.
