When I try to use something on my versa the screen is unresponsive, it doesn't slide or selects any of what I want! I have used my finger obviously and my kid's thougth it might be my fingerprint and still nothing, I have reseted it, turned of, etc. and still has this issue! I only got it in march and already having issues! This is the replacement for a blaze that died after only 2 years 😞 It still syncs but the screen doesn't let me do much
