My Versa is 5 minutes slower than actual time. Also, today before I put my Versa on it showed 704 steps. It was on my nightstand, no fan on. Please help with these issues.

How do I sync? I have restarted several times. I have factory reset, now it will not do anything! There was another step I also did under settings-more-can’t remember what the step was!
