Time not changing after returning to Standard Time.

The time on my Versa 2 has not changed after returning to Standard Time. I have synced with my phone several times, I even replaced the device and reinstalled it. How do I get the time to change?

I tried syncing and  restarting my Versa Lite but time not resetting for time change.

I found this solution in another Help Forum question.  It worked for me:
