I have had my versa lite for one month and the touch screen stopped working yesterday. I can't get to the settings to reset. I have tried holding down the side button to reset and that hasn't worked either. Any other ideas?

@mnmoore welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa Lite since the touchscreen is not working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a workaround that has been helpful. Please let the battery to drain completely. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Then try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I let the battery run go completely out as you suggested and then changed the watch face setting several times. Unfortunately, that did not work. Everything seems to work fine, I just can not move off of the main display screen to access other features. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

My Versa Lite has started doing the same thing. The touch screen stops working overnight. The silent alarm works, and after a moment, the screen starts working again. However, this morning, the silent alarm went off, but the screen never started working again. Alarm went off twice and the most I could do was hit the button to snooze. I tried resetting it, and changing the clock face to a Fitbit face, then the entire thing froze and would do nothing. No silent alarm (it should have gone off once more) and the time wouldn't update.
I should also mention that I'm using a beta version of the software on my Versa Lite. It's currently using 70.5.0.

Oh I hate that! I now just basically have a watch. I can still track
everything on my phone but I can't get off of the home screen on my devise.
It worked for a month after I got it for my birthday in June and then
stopped. I tried reaching out to FITBIT but after the troubleshooting they
suggested didn't work they stopped responding. 😞

That would be fine except the only way to change silent alarms is through the Fitbit itself. There are no alarm controls from the app. I essentially have a $150 wearable brick.

I am having the same problem. One moment it works perfect and the other the screen doesn’t respond. Everything works except the touchscreen. Very frustrating when your alarm is going off and you can only snooze 😅

I did get a reply. They sent me a new pebble because the beta update on my Versa Lite broke my device. Don't beta test for them. It will break your device.

same for all ov the above. i have only had mine for 2 months, turns on and off an touch screen stops working randomly. support tan didnt help. i already rest when i called them

Versa 2 here, yesterday the stats disappeared on the app, now they are back but although the phone says the watch is connected via Bluetooth the app can’t find it and watch screen does not respond. The watch clock face appears randomly but does not respond to touch...tried restarting or putting in the charger, with 70% battery, but nothing...that last firmware update did a number....
