Usually quite technologically savvy, I don't understand why I am having such an issue transferring Spotify music onto my Versa?? When it says to go to the desktop app, I do that, but then nothing happens!!!

The music features on Fitbits are complicated. There are two main options. You can control music playing on your phone from your fitbit, or you can download music to your fitbit and play it from there without needing your phone.

For Spotify only the first option is available - you can't download music from Spotify. There's a help file for this at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1976.htm?Highlight=spotify

You can download music that you own from a computer and there's a guide to doing this at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251.htm

Thank you so much!! This was very helpful! I thought maybe I could download Spotify music to the Versa. Too bad I can’t. Would prefer to run without my phone. Oh well.
