Unable to load SpO2 Signature Face

I am unable to load the SpO2 face that was released on Sept 3. Talked to support, but to no avail. It seems to be an issue elsewhere (ie Reddit), so wasn't sure if it was on my end or yours. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you very much, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Same issue here. Tried to install it multiple times but nothing. Restarted phone, watch, etc. 

Not sure how they can say coming in 2 weeks or so, yet there's the ability to install it. Makes no sense. If that's the case, pull it, so we don't spend half an hour trying to figure out why it won't work. That's the worst response ever.

It is pretty bad when the app says it is available when it opens up, has a button to download it and it doesn't load!
