I purchased a Used Fitbit Versa 2, that needs unlocked by phone. I have no way of getting a hold of seller for assistance. Is there anyway to hard reset the watch so that I can connect to my phone?

Help, I’ve tried this and now my watch says ‘data not cleared sync and try again’ with a Red Cross. I can’t sync because it’s no longer connected to my phone!
If you get a Red Cross on a tomtom, that the memory module is broken and he's not more bearable, suspect that this is the case with the fittit a Red Cross.
Hopefully guarantee...

Hi, Yes I had to do the factory reset steps and that did it for me. My
device has been working as usual for about 2-3 weeks.

Hi Friends,
I decided to contact the Fitbit support team and have them guide me through the reset process. Despite many attempts, my device still fail to restart as I cannot access it without keying in the 4-digit code.
The customer support officer deemed that the device is faulty and has kindly arranged for a 1-1 replacement - which I’ve received.
You may want to do the same and get in touch with their support team to see how best they can assist you.
