Unlock unsynced Versa

I am unable to unlock versa, i had unsynced my versa trying to fix problem, now if it finds my versa, i can not put in the code because it says to unlock by phone...it can't because I, like a goofball unsynced it

Hi! I am having the same problem. The factory reset does not seem to work. I have tried and so has my husband. I keep getting the "unlock with phone" message but nothing is helping. Please help!

I have tried several times to reset my Versa. Not a darn thing happened, the last I heard they were going to send me a new one… Still waiting. Funny thing is I let them know I am at a new address and have never heard another thing from them…VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! What a waste of $$$.

Hi there,

Just write to https://contact.fitbit.com and explain the problem. I also went
through some troubleshooting steps they suggested but in the end they
replaced my device. They are very responsive, I think the first reply was
in less then half a day. For the replacement you will probably wait 2-3
weeks depending on your location.

Hi, Good day! I have similar issue with my Versa 2. I removed the device as it wasn't syncing but whenever I am trying to set up again, its asking me unlock the device thru phone. Any immediate help would be appreciated!

I have the same problem. I removed the device and then it doesn’t work. And I can’t pair it anymore. Can someone escalate this?

I did the exact same thing as the person who posted this after my 4yo daughter locked my Fitbit while it was on charge. This solution has not worked for me. I've tried it three times and every time it comes back to my Fitbit screen with my Fitbit bitmoji snoozing, which is what I should be doing!

I have the same problem, I did all the steps as you described but after the logo appears and there is the vibration then the unlock with phone message appears again

I tried everything. I contacted their customer service and they basically
said there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't replace it. I bought
a Garmin instead since they actually have good customer service. I'm so
sorry you're having the same problem I did!
