Unresponsive, Dead Fitbit Versa

Hello!

 

I updated my Fitbit Versa to the latest version yesterday. 

 

I didn't check the watch for a couple of hours afterward, but when I did, it was shut down. I tried turning it on, restarting it, rebooting it by holding all 3 buttons for more than 1-2 minutes and nothing happens.

 

I left it to charge overnight (although the battery was around 60% at that time).

 

Has this ever happened to you? What can I do?

Hey there - my Versa is in a similar state. After the firmware update on Monday, which took almost 2 hours, my Versa stopped syncing and began to show the wrong time. When I restarted it, the sync began working for an hour or two. Then it stopped again. I restarted the device, my phone, everything. Finally I've reset to factory settings and now the update keeps failing and my Versa is useless...

I'm sorry to hear that.. my update went well but it stopped all of a sudden a couple of hours later and now it does not react to anything I try to do

Have you tried connecting it to a computer? I'm not sure if it will work, but I tried the Fitbit app on my laptop and it might work for you.
