Unresponsive Versa with blank screen.

Need some help here my Fitbit versa has stop working black screen will not respond to restart  will not turn on in charging port nothing green heart light works but thin stops working ..

The same thing happened to me too. My watch has been out for two weeks and during that time it's been sitting on a charge . The watch still remains a black screen and no lights on the back to signal it's even gotten a charge.

mine still charges but still a black screen 😑 I don't know if I want to get another one because it might happen again but there's nothing out there like a fitbit not even the apple watch Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

I had mine replaced 2 weeks ago, and the exact same thing has happened again. Really frustrating. The support experince was fantastic, but judging from the amount of people with this issue, there is clearly a much bigger problem

happened to me and offered me a discount also. If it's the same issue that i will have eventually, why would I buy another one. Let's keep it simple. There is a reason why...

same here. Screw fitbit, they knowingly know that their crap product will only last a year. just a waste of $200. I guess it's time to be a Karen and start my ranting ratings on amazon and so forth.

I recently had the same issue and was not able to perform any resets. Looks like an update may have caused this device to fail. So sad this is my second fitbit unit that broked. Offered only discounts for a new unit....Seems the product quality has gone down.

I just had the exact same issue!... My 2nd unit now and now I'm out of warranty and will not get a new one and wasn't even offered discount... 

This is really the worst product I've ever bought and I'm still paying for it cause I bought it on credit... 

 

I wish I did more research on it before. I will not be using a fitbit again. Just too many issues... It does not help to have great support but a terribly disappointing product.

I agree with you and I'm not sure how to move forward but to just get
another one obviously not from the same manufacturer. I guess we get what

Same thing happened to me. I'm coming up on 2 years. I called support, only for them to tell me it's no longer under warranty and they can only offer me a 25% discount. It's obviously some design flaw that is making the screens go out. How is that our fault fitbit/Google now? I will never buy a fitbit product ever again. I still have my old Blaze and get this, that still works. Can't believe I paid over $200 plus for something that dies before 2 years is up. Worthless product!

My Fitbit is non responsive. I have done everything suggested in chat boxes. What else can I do? I have had this less than 2 years and use it every day for many tasks. Please help.

If its under their warranty, you can send it to them and they will send
you a replacement(probably refurbished) and then you can enjoy it for a
little while. Few months after mine did the same thing but its no longer
under warranty. So if you decide to purchase another tracking device, make
sure to do some homework and research first. They offered me 25% off but I
didn't want to continue because I already what will happen if decided to
buy a third one. There's a saying "Fool me one time shame on you Fool me
twice, can't put the blame on you Fool me three times, by J. COLE. Let me

Yip. They replaced mine twice, with the first lasting a month and the second lasting 2 weeks. I gave up and bought a galaxy. Haven't looked back. Miss the battery life though. But at least it's reliable

I got a new one. Mine was still under warranty when that happened. New one
has been just fine.

It's happened to me as well.  I am one month out of warranty.  I was offered the 25% discount but I am not purchasing another one.  If a product is no more reliable than this I feel the need to look elsewhere!  My son keeps trying to get me to switch to apple.  Guess its time for a change.  Customer services wasn't that great either.  Was told in a chat that I had the opportunity to buy an extended warranty at time of purchase but I didn't purchase this, it was a gift.  Also, shouldn't need an extended warranty if the product quality was decent.

My Fitbit Versa is not working at all.  It simply has a blank white screen.  It does show up on my Iphone with bluetooth so I know its on but all I have is blank white screen.  It is fully charged and I have tried rebooting it.  Please advise.

I hope i could be more helpful. So what I did, I called the support number.
Ask them if its still covered with the 2 year or I'm not sure what the
number for its warranty. Anyways, if it is then good. They will give you
instructions. They will send you a replacement. (most likely a refurbished
one) and then it will work a bit. Mine work for not even a year and it did
the same thing but this time its not covered by warranty. So they offered
me 25% if i decided to purchase it. I already know that it will be the same
scenario and i don't want to be on that same situation again. Make the
story short, just do some research and the value of the items based on what
you need to keep track, depending on your goals. If you listen to
your tracker then great. Or else if you continue to do the same thing then
its pointless. Basically its suppose to motivate you and help you keep
track of your overall wellness.. Good Luck and Stay healthy and stay safe
out there.
