Using Strava from Versa Lite

hi,

 

I have looked on here and can't seem to find the answer, but I am losing my mind a little bit! I am new to fitbit and strava!

so my strava account is linked to my fitbit account and when I use strava from my phone it records my runs. When the activity is finished it does later pull through the details to my watch. However, I cannot do anything from my watch on strava... I can't start, pause or finish my run from my watch. From what I have read I need to have my phone with me which is fine I would just like to be able to control it all from my watch so I don't have to get my phone out? Please can someone help! I can't seem to find the answer anywhere!
