I purchased a Versa 2 in January. The alarms actually going off in the morning have been inconsistent at best. Have tried updating firmware, resetting, removing and adding alarms, syncing before bed, etc. Nothing seem to work. Support said they were aware of the issue and are sending replacement. I don;t understand how a watch that can track my movements, heart rate and location cannot have a simple alarm go off each morning.

@TCONNER0515 It is. As I said, I have never had this issue and none of my friends either. At least I am not aware of it... 😄

@TCONNER0515 Is it Versa 2 alarm or are you using Alexa alarms?

I am using the Versa 2 alarm (set on the watch). Do you suggest trying the Alexa alarm?

@TCONNER0515 No, I asked because Alexa alarms depend on your bluetooth connectivity. So if it was lost anytime during your sleep, you might not receive the alarm. I have never had this issue before, so perhaps indeed as CS stated there's something wrong with the unit itself. I'm glad they're sending you a replacement.

Thank you. I'm hoping it's just the unit as well
