Versa 2 Alexa doesn't see my devices in the app

Vesa 2 Alex doesn't see my devices in the Alexa app. What am I missing? Get message stating didn't find a device named that.

None of this information is worth a dime.  The issue is simple.  I have twelve devices on my Amazon App with all of the necessary skills.  I have three echos and tablet that recognize all of my devices.  The Fitbit Versa 2 is logged in to my Amazon account.  The Amazon App does not see this particular Fitbit Versa 2 device.  I am in the United States.  No matter which device I ask the Fitbit Versa 2 Alexa to activate, it does not recognize the device.  This Fitbit Versa 2 Alexa is not Smart Home capable which contradicts the very thing that Fitbit says that it can accomplish.  Fitbit has made a false statement.

I am having this same issue, is there a quick fix? I am in my amazing Alexa app and it says that my Fitbit is not online.

Have you received a response?  I cannot get mine to setup, although Alexa sees the Fitbit when I want to transfer music to it.  It makes no sense.

My Versa 3 says offline. It was working for a week and now it's not. I tried wiping out of the Alexa app and relaunching and logging out on fitbit as well but that doesn't work either. Help! I'm not getting reminders on my Versa 3.
