Since the latest round of updates (late Sept. /Oct. 2023) my device has gone to crap. At first the update factory reset my device. The clock face I downloaded disappeared and reset to the basic one. I can no longer find it to reinstall it. My battery, which used to last at least 4 days now needs to be recharged daily. I checked all the settings to make sure apps weren't draining it. NOW, my screen is black and I can't see a thing. I hold the side button for 10 seconds to restart it and nothing. I used to love my fitbit. Now I'm ready to trash it for a better option. The fact that this is a widespread issue for lots of users tells me that the company messed up a good thing. If you guys can't fix the mess you created I refuse to waste my money on any more of these useless devices. I will also warn my friends and family that have expressed interest in my fitbit to look somewhere else. It's not worth it and I don't want them to waste their money.

Hi, @PhillyFit23 Welcome to the community.
Thank you for letting us know about this situation with your Versa 2, I'am truly sorry about this situation with the screen, I will do my best to help you solve this, can you confirm the following, please?
- Does the Versa 2 vibrate when connected to the charger?
- Are the green LED light on the back of the Versa 2 turned on?
I am having the same problem. Yes it vibrates when the charger is put on, and the green light is on. The screen flickers and on occasion, for half a second the normal screen shows up. I do not use it in the water often and it hasn't been dropped or bumped. It's o ly a year old! I feel a replacement is warranted. This is the third fitbit that has only lasted a year or slightly more. I had 2 charge fitbits that did not last
@CrisVillaFitbit to answer your questions: No, it does not vibrate when connected to the charger. Yes, the green LED on the back is on. Hopefully you will be able to help me. Otherwise I have no choice but to throw this device away. It's literally a black square on my wrist now. I can't even do something simple as check the time without having to pull out my cell phone or ask someone else what time is it.

Hi, @PhillyFit23 Welcome back and @lpinstruction It is nice to see you around, thank you for explaining the situation.
I recommend you both to complete the following steps, please:
Sync your device.
- Restart your Versa 2 following the steps in this article.
- Change the clock face of your device.
This should help the situation with the screen, let me know how it goes.
@CrisVillaFitbit my Versa2 is synced and I restarted the device. I still have a black screen. So, no that didn't resolve my issue.
