My watch seems to be syncing maybe because it's connected to wifi, but when I'm trying to Bluetooth connect my watch to my phone I get an error that says "an app is needed to use this device". I already have the app downloaded. It used to connect fine without any issues and has now stopped.
I am actually having the same problem yet everything seems to be tracking fine and reading both on phone and watch and I can sync it manually. But the. My weather seems like it's not tracking location as well as my Spotify isn't working says to Bluetooth my phone but I get that same message.
I have been having syncing issues for months now and nothing ever seems to get resolved!!! Fitbit doesn’t seem to be able to figure out why their trackers don’t ever work right! They must not be able to afford quality IT people!! I will never buy another Fitbit when this one quits!!!
Best AnswerIt's still tracking everything and my notifications are coming through all of the time, instead of sporadically.
