Hello, for some reason the side button on my versa 2 has stopped working. I’ve taken a small toothpick and small safety pin and tried to see if any debris/dust is preventing the button from working but it made no difference. You can physically see the button going down as you press it, but the Fitbit will not respond accordingly. I debated on letting it run dead to see if it would reset, but you need the button to turn the device back on and I don’t want to take the chance of it never turning back on. Thank you in advance.
I did an online chat with Fitbit and they're going to replace it for me. It was really easy to get it sorted. Try contacting them, good luck.

Best AnswerUpdate, I decided to try another fitness tracker, the Galaxy watch. It is AWESOME! Zero regrets. While I liked my fitbit, I've had three in six years die on me. Time to move on.
Best AnswerThat’s where mine had stuck. I emailed from the Contact page on the website and after a couple of email exchanges, they sent me a new watch (device only, no strap or charger). I’d only had mine for 2 months though so it was still under warranty. We’ll have to wait and see how this one goes 😳. Good luck with yours.
