Hello,
I’ve been on every page, every community, all the supposed “help” pages and none of them solved the issue of the versa 2 connecting to the iPhone it was set up with. This versa is less than 3 months in use and is having significant issues. I had to reset almost every setting on the phone 3 times over. tried to go to fitbits site to find a phone number to talk to someone and all they have are these forums with no information that fixes the problem. What happened to having people to talk with to fix something?! This has been a persistent issue for weeks and now I’m hoping this will get me an answer that works or at least point me in the direction of someone who can help.

I've had this issue too on Android almost everyday. I have to log out of my account and then log back in. Hopefully this helps!

Hey, thanks for the response. I tried it and it still didn’t work. I think it has to do with the HD watch not connecting via Bluetooth. Thanks for the suggestion!

I am having the same issue - i just bought it back in January 2020 and the past few weeks I cannot sync - i have tried everything they told me - they did give me a case number and it sounds like they are aware of the issue and it is on their end but come on! I feel like I wasted $150.00 and want to return it but it is past the date I can 😞 So frustrated!! They better fix this thing
