Versa 2 Owner and I'm at my wits end

I have a new versa2.  I downloaded the FITBIT app, set up my acct, plugged it in and charged it, my phone "Finds it", I enter the 4 digits, it looks like it's going to connect, and then ....It doesn't.  It is charged, I have restarted my device too many times to count.  I have restarted my versa2 too many times to count.  I have turned off my Bluetooth too many times to count.  I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. I am totally frustrated.  What am I missing?

I am having the exact same issue. I'm on hold now with Fitbit.  I have done everything I know to do and it still wont work.  Good luck
