My husband has a Versa 2 and his phone broke. The watch kept saying to unlock it with phone. We ended up trying the reset by holding side button down until after fitbit logo disappears, letting go and then pressing button again until vibration. That's when the rex X showed up and now I don't know what to do.
Please help!
