I have lines going across my Versa 2 Screen now. Tried to reset the watch but it stays the same. And now it won’t pair to my phone because I can not read the 4 digit code it sends. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

I feel like I keep wasting my money with FitBit. I have been a loyal consumer for many many years now. But I feel you are getting worse when it comes to helping consumers. The Apple Watch is looking better and better each day.

And as everyone can see, they can’t even reply with a solution. Stop wasting your money on FitBit and go Apple. Even their App is full of scammers. Beyond Disappointed Now!!!!

same! my battery was draining and when I connected it to the charger, it said 8% then went blank. I can't get the screen to come back on, I am getting notifications bc its still buzzing. I just can't see it!

You would think they would respond and try to help, but nope. The keep coming out with New Ones but still have the same problems.

I just did live chat with them and they were unhelpful. Too bad, so sad..take a look at our new products. My Versa (not Versa 2 like I thought) is only a year old and I've had multiple fitbits since 2010. You think they would try to help.🙄
