I have lines going across my Versa 2 Screen now. Tried to reset the watch but it stays the same. And now it won’t pair to my phone because I can not read the 4 digit code it sends. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

I feel like I keep wasting my money with FitBit. I have been a loyal consumer for many many years now. But I feel you are getting worse when it comes to helping consumers. The Apple Watch is looking better and better each day.

Best AnswerI just did live chat with them and they were unhelpful. Too bad, so sad..take a look at our new products. My Versa (not Versa 2 like I thought) is only a year old and I've had multiple fitbits since 2010. You think they would try to help.🙄
