Versa 2 Screen Fell Off

Has anyone been able to fix the problem with the Versa 2 face plate falling off? I have seen multiple people with the same problem. Every time I try to chat with contact support, the site says the link is broken. I got my Versa 2 in July 2020, and I use a screen protector so I was very surprised when the face plate just fell off when I was just sitting there watching tv.

Yes. I had it happen. I called the company and asked if they could send replacement adhesive and they said no they can't  and offered me a discount to buy a new device. I'm leaving team Fitbit because this is my second tracker. They last a little beyond a year and a half and then something happens. This happened go my mother and I. My mom is retired and I work in an office. No tough wear and tear to blame.

I ordered this Kaisiking 2mm LCD Repair Tape Phone Repair Tape LCD Touch Screen Repair Tape Phone Screen Adhesive Tape with 1 Tweezers for Cell Phone, iPad, Tablets, Laptops, Camera https://a.co/1Q7Y3ci from Amazon. I hated to do it. The adhesive arrived today and my screen is no longer hanging. If this stops working I will go back to my watch case that allows me to snap a band on rather than use the pins.  Good luck!
