I have simillar problem, screen is not reacting in 99% of cases and now when I wanted to completely redo it (pair it again with my account), My phone suddenly can not see the watch as it did just 2 mins ago......I also can not switch it of, because the only way is to do it from the nonreactive screen.........I started to deal with the watch after it is buzzing my wrist every two mins for days ....... If the fitbit is not able to replace it, I m throwing it out
I just woke up to the device being like this, but I just got it 2 months ago as replacement for a under 2 year old device that stopped working. I seem to not have the best of luck with these devices.
