Versa 2 Screen not scrolling

My screen is stuck on the home screen, no longer allowing me to scroll to the exercise, timer, alarms, etc. Resetting by holding the back button x10 seconds is not fixing the issue. Occassionally I'll wake in the morning and it is working, I'll use the workout tracking option but then it gets stuck on that screen and won't let me pause the workout.

 

Also, my Versa continues to sync however it has been consistently 2-8 minutes slow in comparison to my phone time, regardless of resets, etc. 

 

Getting very frustrated! I've been a fitbit user for years!
