Is there a way to set up my Versa watch so that it will alarm, vibrate or whatever so that I can run fast for, say, 5 minutes, then at the 5 minute mark, remind me to slow down for, say, 3 minutes and repeat x, say, 6 times?
I'm sure there's a technical term! I just don't know it. Do I mean interval training? I can't figure out how to get it to work.
