Versa 2 Shuts off repeatedly

my versa 2 keeps shutting down repeatedly. It’s charged and I have it synced to my iPhone 11 Mac Pro. When it’s on it won’t let me scroll in any direction either.

@Betred12 Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the back button until the screen turns off and fitbit logo appears?

Yes. Although, it does it on its own. Honestly, it’s off on its own 99% of the time.
