Versa 2 - Sleep tracking not syncing with watch

After my original Versa didn't show my heart rate anymore, I've updated to Versa 2. But now it doesn't show me my sleep tracking on the watch anymore. It just stopped. I can see it on the app but not on the watch. I synced several times, deleted the device and re-installed, switched it on and off - nothing seems to work. Any advice? Thanks!

Let me help you with your sleep not showing on your Versa 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try restarting your Versa 2 by following these instructions (as opposed to just turning it off and on).

Thanks for your suggestion. I restarted as described and it still doesn't show up after syncing. Is there any other suggestions? This is my 2nd Versa after the first one stopped working. I find this quite annoying for such an expensive device.
