Versa 2 Today Screen Crashes After Update

Hello,

I updated my Versa 2 last night and now when I swipe up from bottom to go to the ‘today’ screen with my step stats and all that it crashes and brings me back to the watch face. Any idea on what to do? I have already restarted the Versa.

I tried that after my Fitbit would only show the fitbit logo— after factory reset,battery recharge, uninstalling on Bluetooth and on the app, then reinstalling — I am back to an active clock face. If I open to try to enter an activity, it freezes

Hello

Ok I tried the factory reset. I've been working on it for close to two hours now and nothing.

After setting it up, it does not respond to swiping and touching the screen. It is worse.

I think the watch is unwearable. Dont know what else to do.

Is there any way to revert the firmware to the previous update? Seems these problems stem from the latest update

It is not possible to reset to factory settings because the fit bit screen is not working. We have tried everything you have suggested.

@Jennypie , Thank you for sharing your situation.  It seem that there is a miss understanding here. 
You are on the thread that the Today app crashes. 
I suggest you to open a new thread or comment on thread dedicated to display issues to receive targeted assistance for your situation and avoid confusions and misunderstandings. eg. this one :  Versa 2 - TouchScreen not working

@all In order for our team to continue with the investigation, could you please confirm what clock face were you using when the issue with the Today app started? And if you changed them, to which one?

After the factory reset I charged it and it seems to be working ok. It freezes at times but it is manageble. 

To be honest I dont remember the clock face I was using because i changed it a couple of times. The face clock I'm using now is by FitBit: Waveform.

Hope to hear follow up— the watch is only showing the fitbit icon, no watch face and rapid discharge of battery🙁

I did the factory reset.  Now it won't connect to the app at all and just restarts itself every few minutes.  The thing is useless now.

 

Getting pretty frustrated with Fitbit at this point.

I was using the 3D clock face - I've changed the clock face and still get the same error with any and all clock face.

The issue still persists.

My Versa2 died two nights ago. It won’t charge, black screen. I’m switching to Apple Watch
