Versa 2 Touch Screen Not Responding

It started with just being slow or occasionally not responsive but now I have to hit the screen for it to register a tap, and I can’t slide any direction. I’ve tried factory resetting it and now I’m stuck on the Notifications and Control Center info screen because I can’t swipe down or up. This is already my 3rd Versa 2, which has only lasted a couple of months.
