Versa 2 Wallet error registering

Versa 2 for Christmas. Set up went fine but when I go to add to wallet it keeps giving me one of 2 errors "Connection closed by peer" or "timeout"    same thing happens if I click on device lock.

Phone is Pixel 3   both are up to date.

any help appreciated.  I have uninstalled the app and disconnected bluetooth and restarted everything with no improvement

It just worked for me and I was able to register my card. Hopefully that means it's working again, and not just me being lucky .

Still isn't working for me this morning, now I'm having at html 503 error, along want a handshake error,w the common Connection to peer error.

I just gotten my versa 2 and when trying to set up the wallet. I kept receiving error msg of connection closed by peer. My phone is Huawei pro 30. I have reinstall the app and restart my watch still no use

Setting pin for what? What kind of phone? How did you get to setting pin ?

Me too! Versa 2. I've tried everything. Bluetooth on and off, reset Versa, deleted app and reinstalled, e.t.c. Still same error.

moi sa le fait toujours pour le porte feuille et aussi quand je veux activer mot passe je comprend pas jai acheté la montre hier c'est pas sensée me donne tout se trouble

On mobile Fitbit app , under Devuces->tap on versa2

Scroll down and u ll see "Device Lock "

Set a pin and enable it.

I have the same problem. First is have the 503 error, then the other 2 as well. Unpaired, repaired, Samsung Galaxy s7 turned on and off, fitbit versa 2 turned on and off, fitbit app uninstalled and re installed. After installing again the wallet option is gone from the app. No idea what to try anymore. Only bought the versa this afternoon.

Yeah, I just tried it, and I'm still experiencing this problem. 503 error, followed by connection closed by peer.

I'm having the same problem with a charge 3 that I just purchased (special version with NFC), and a Pixel 3 phone.

 

Same error message, would like to know of to fix it.

I just got the Versa 2 and I'm sti getting this response. I just turned my phone on and off and it's still showing. Any ideas?

I am unable to get the wallet to work. I have a Huawei P30. I saw a note that said the issue was resolved but when I click the link I don't see anything that helps.

I'm having the exact same issue with my Versa (not versa 2).

 

Started this morning.
